Our Commitment

The Robotics & AI Club is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices.

Expected Behavior

Unacceptable Behavior

    Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation in any form

    Disruption of meetings, events, or discussions

Reporting & Enforcement

If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify a club officer or faculty advisor as soon as possible. All reports will be handled confidentially and will be investigated promptly.

Consequences

Unacceptable behavior from any community member, including sponsors and those with decision-making authority, will not be tolerated. Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately.

If a community member engages in unacceptable behavior, the club officers may take any action they deem appropriate, up to and including a temporary ban or permanent expulsion from the club without warning.

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies to all club activities, including meetings, workshops, competitions, and online interactions. It also applies when an individual is representing the club in public spaces.
